Job Summary: As a estate officer with experience in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to provide seamless service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information about property listings, services, and company policies.
• Assist clients with the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings and appointments.
• Address and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings.
• Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate officer within the real estate sector.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.
